We originally stopped by the “5 O’Clock Somewhere” restaurant located inside the Compass Hotel just to have lunch, and we were served by an amazing lady named Ximena. She was so kind, welcoming, and professional that, thanks to her alone, we decided to stay at this hotel the next time we came to Naples. Since our first visit, we have stayed at the hotel a couple of times with our kids as well. The Compass Hotel has a very friendly, family-like atmosphere. It feels cozy, relaxing, and welcoming, which really makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It also turned out that the rooms are very spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained, and overall everything about the property is excellent. We especially want to thank Ximena for her outstanding service and warm personality. She truly stands out and made our experience memorable every single time. She is absolutely the best, and we will definitely keep coming back, especially because of her wonderful hospitality.

Pros: rooms were nice . Good size, clean and nicely decorated . Employees are nice , polite and friendly. Cons: it’s one of the smallest Margaritaville hotels I ever encountered . We walked in into small cluttered lobby and right in front of us was bar. To the right of the bar was a shelf with few pots with breakfast food. Honestly we were shocked. It says it’s 4* hotel. It didn’t look 4*, it didn’t feel 4*. We proceeded going outside and saw pool full of kids. Pool was a bit larger than the one we have at our house. Outside area was overwhelmed with games, fire pit and other things. Hotel itself is situated near the road among other businesses such as banks and small restaurants . We paid $200 for this place. There were plenty of option around for much less and nicer hotels. I booked this hotel expecting same ambiance I experienced at other Margaritavilles. It felt like it was some Best western before or Comfort inn and they franchised and turned it into Margaritaville. Disappointing .

We have been coming here for while and love it. Tonight we had nachos and wings. Borge were very good. In the past, we’ve had and LOVED the burgers. Be sure to come on a Thursday night for live music out by the fire pit. It’s a great atmosphere. For service, you can’t beat Ximena!!!! She is so thoughtful and energetic. She goes out of her way to make sure you have an excellent experience.

A hidden gem, for sure. We will go back. Food was good, atmosphere was laid back, music was great. Our waitress was a bit of a fireball, very animated and pleasant (and patient). Thirsty Thursday happy hour deal was great!

We had such a wonderful experience at Somewhere Bar & Grill while visiting family in Naples, Florida, and it was all thanks to our amazing waitress Ximena! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, and so attentive! She made great recommendations, continuously checking on us and made us feel relaxed and taken care of the entire evening. It’s rare to come across service that feels so natural and thoughtful. She truly made our night memorable. If you’re visiting Somewhere Bar & Grill, you’re lucky if she’s taking care of you — outstanding service all around! Great happy hour specials and a fun atmosphere highly recommend and if you get her as a waitress you will know exactly what I’m talking about. She deserves all the praise.
