Michael and his brother were absolute gentlemen. They entered our home with greetings and care making sure to cover their feet before moving about. They were highly communicative about the work that they were doing. They even cleaned up leftover debris in our attic left behind by another tech when our unit was last serviced. They took great care of us! I’d highly recommend this company.

Michael is an outstanding technician! He was able to repair my HVAC system when all the other companies only wanted to replace it. He described everything in way that made sense and you could understand, not tech talk! His humor had my stomach hurting, we laughed so hard, which was refreshing because by the time you need a tech to come out, there’s nothing to smile about. I would highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience with Climate Experts. They replaced an evaporator coil in my Lennox unit. They were respectful of my home, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. I appreciate their integrity and honest most. They clearly explained my issue and why it happened and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary work. They also helped me navigate my home warranty process. They addressed a bee issue in the unit so the repair could be completed without complaint. The whole experience felt trustworthy and stress free.
