Tim showed up and was very professional and on time. Actually walked my house and gave me a detailed estimate and break down of everything. Gave me multiple options to fit my budget. They also have amazing no interest payment which is a big help. One of the best ac companies I have come across. Definitely suggest for my fellow texans
I’ve known Tim & Kim for quite some time, as I service their vehicles from time to time when they get bumped and bruised, and the moment I had HVAC issues at home I knew exactly who to call! I called the office and spoke with Kim, explained the problem I was having with my HVAC, luckily for me they had a tech in the area and he was able to stop by pretty quick for an after hours appointment!!! Upon arrival Coby was very professional and very informative as to what he needed to do to restore the cooling in my home and what maintenance will be recommended to insure that our HVAC system is functioning at its full potential. I’ll always be a customer of Air-Ton and I will always recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues!
I have recently had the opportunity to get to know Tim Newton at Air-Ton and felt compelled to leave a review. I am in the industry and have the opportunity to meet a lot of different contractor but Tim and his team stand out above most. He is an upstanding individual with exceptional character. In todays business environment most of Air-Ton's competitors have been gobbled up by private equity and therefore their focus is on enriching their shareholders, often at the expense of the homeowners and the employees. Tim has a long history of excellent service and is dedicated to providing a superior experience and service for his customers while treating his team like family. This is exceedingly rare in today's home service market. When you choose Air-Ton you are choosing to keep your money in your local market and you are choosing a superior level of service. I highly recommend Tim and his team. You will not be disappointed.
Hands UP the best around! Very thorough, got us up and running and taken care of quickly, even provided a portable unit so our fur girls would be comfy! Give them a call you will not be disappointed!
We have been using this service to maintain our air-conditioning and heating units for the last couple of years. We have been so impressed by the quality of their technicians and their prompt and friendly service. This time we had a clogged drain line from one of the AC units as well as a blown capacitor. They came out within 12 hours of our reporting and fixed the problem, even though the drain line was really badly clogged. We continue to be impressed by this company and the excellent customer service it provides.
