Alpha Roofing & Building Ltd – 100% Recommended We recently had Morgan, Peter, and their team from Alpha Roofing & Building Ltd carry out a full strip and re-felt of our 320m² roof, which is shared by six tenants. From start to finish, they were exceptionally professional, considerate, and mindful of the disruption such a large project can cause. Before the main work began, Morgan and Peter quickly secured our storm-damaged roof, preventing any further issues. We obtained two other quotes, but Alpha’s was by far the most detailed and came with the reassurance of a 10-year guarantee on all materials and workmanship — giving us real peace of mind. Throughout the project, the team was organised, respectful, and clearly took great pride in their work. Communication was excellent; they kept us updated at every stage and were flexible in accommodating shared access needs. I would highly recommend Alpha Roofing and Building Edinburgh Ltd. I recently had work done on my chimney. Alpha inspected and provided a quote quickly and work was started shortly after. They came to my property on three occasions and all workmen were professional and friendly. The work was carried out to a great standard and I am very happy with it.

I have used Morgan and Peter from Alpha Roofing for various jobs, both on my own roof and at work, and they have always done outstanding work. For this job at the Fruitmarket Gallery, they worked incredibly hard to track down the source of a tricky leak and came up with a clever (and quite complicated) solution to fully fix the problem. On top of that, they helped reduce the number of pigeons gathering on our roof, which has already made a big difference in keeping our drains and gutters clear. Their problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out. They have always been very honest and consistently deliver work to this high standard at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Morgan and his team are professionals. Prompt, polite and knowledgeable. We had a very tricky flat roof to be entirely overhauled, with limited access in Edinburgh's Old Town. He tackled it without any problems. Competitively priced, and recommended by a friend 👍

Morgan and the team were excellent throughout extensive repairs needed to my property. An open and honest quote with plenty of images and explanation about all the areas that needed work. When the time came for the work to be undertaken the team were hard at work everyday and were finished a lot quicker than I expected. Would highly recommend.
