The plumber was able to come out in less than 2 days to fix our water softener issue. He didn’t have the parts so drove off to the warehouse to pick them up. The warehouse had to order them too. The next day he returned with the needed parts and finished up. He was very nice, explained everything and was up front with pricing. There was no extra charges for the 2 trips to the warehouse for the parts. Thanks so much for getting this done quick!
Everything was perfect with today's HVAC checkup. Caleb was just outstanding explaining and checking our cooling system. Caleb talked with me about installing a flow valve to protect my furnace from moisture and I had him install the valve. Also talked with me about some great furnace filters. Just a great checkup and much thanks to Caleb for taking the time to explain everything to me.
The four man team Luis, Caleb, Isiah and Chase had a great attitude and worked well together removing and installing the HVAC system at our home. Very professional and focused including answering questions as they worked. I was a supervisor for 30 years and a team that works well assisting each other as needed with none of them acting like they were more important or avoiding work is very valuable. Everyone I have talked with at Any Hour/Black Diamond were very helpful including the Tech assessing our home with options and dispatch department alerting us with the time to expect the technicians to arrive.
I have worked with these fine people for over a month now on a variety of home repair and improvement projects. Tino (the electrician) has done excellent work and his knowledge and recommendations have guided me towards setups and solutions I wouldn't have considered otherwise, but am immensely happy with. Brook (the plumber) has installed several systems in my home and I am as pleased as can be with the results. The HVAC team has also done superb work and I look forward to continuing business with all of these folks. If you need complex work done in a reasonable span of time, these are your people!
Caleb came out and preformed a service on my A/C system. He walked me through the systems and was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. He was polite and professional and I appreciated his knowledge and help. Thanks, Caleb!
