OMG!!! The Best Hot Yoga. Spacious, magnificent, beautiful, great energy. This is exactly what I needed for my lower back pain / sciatica I want to chiropractor, kinesiology and other specialists with minimum results. Now my body is looking forward for the next class. Arts & Hot Yoga in Naples is amazing! We visited during our vacation and Rachel was so kind and welcoming! The Bikram 60 minutes was challenging and rewarding. Everyone was super nice and the studio was beautifully decorated. Check out the art work available to purchase & bring a towel!

On a visit to Naples I enjoyed a great Hot Yoga class! Once I moved to Naples in May 2025 I have become a regular. I had never taken a Yin class, and now won’t miss. The energy here is so welcoming and positive. Oh, and visit just to experience the owner’s artwork! Rachel is a gem who treats her students like family!
