Only the best Pilates studio in SWFL! I’ve been to a lot of different studios around here, and i love Barre / Pilates classes. The availability here is good, Kelly is a mastermind at choreography and the instructors have incredible energy. The class timeframes are perfect for my schedule and the incentive of taking 14 classes in a month to get custom exclusive merch is SUCH A great incentive to stay accountable. The vibes are casual and come-as-you-are and your spot is always saved because they set it up in advance! So if you’re a Type B girlie (or guy-ie) like me, you’re good to go. Get there 5 til! You’re gonna love it. You’re gonna love the people, and you’re gonna LOVE your results. It’s the most challenging Pilates studio in the area. You absolutely must go! Try it out for the 2 week trial and you’ll be HOOKED, guaranteed
I've been to Barre Roots a few times and each time I leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! The music pumps you up and the exercises leave you feeling sore, but stronger! Everyone is also super kind and welcoming. You should definitely check out Barre Roots if you're in the area and looking for a good workout with some amazing people.
I had the pleasure of visiting this studio while I was on vacation in Cape Coral. Kelly’s class stood out to me the most. It was challenging, fun, good music, and she helped lift your spirits throughout class even though it was intense also gave good cues on form. Their prices are reasonable and the studio is so cute. I hope to visit again!
Kelly the owner has created the most welcoming atmosphere at Barreroots. From the moment you walk into the studio you’re welcomed by the most friendly staff who care so much about you. During class you feel motivated, but can take it at your own pace. All instructors make sure you’re doing proper form for all moves! Cant recommend this place more
I found Barre Roots 2.5 years ago and I am so glad I did! The classes challenge me and get me stronger. The community that Kelly has built is incredible! She has added so many teachers who cheer you on and you always feel included and appreciated! See you in class!!
