First time at Boilerhouse after finding them on Fresha, and I'm so glad I did! The team was welcoming from the start. Great place , I only come here sadly once per year to have a fabulous wash and blow dry ahead of the great north run, but every time I've come the service and standard has been gorgeous. Thank you Boilerhouse for helping my motivation for the run as I feel fabulous 👌 . Thank you Becky. The inside is beautiful too.
After giving Charlotte a vague idea of what I wanted, she was mostly left to judge which colour and tone I should go for. I have to say I’m so impressed with the way it’s turned out and I’m really thrilled with the final look! Thank you much Charlotte, I love it!
I think I should share what happened to me at the boilerhouse yesterday. I booked an appointment for a cut and highlights, and I received a message confirming the price and appointment. When I was in the salon my stylist informed the girl washing my hair, to put a toner on. I then went to pay, and I was charged an extra £30.00 for a toner which I was not consulted about and would not have wanted.
