A great eatery. Their baked goods are fantastic. We have eaten breakfast and also lunch at this place. Food quality and tastes are great. Service a little slow as there is only one server behind the counter. Once you get your food this is quickly forgotten. The Korean chicken bowl, the Chickpea salad are great choices. Pictured is one of their breakfast specialties, the Avocado smash.
Really disappointed with this visit. My bill was over $70, and I left feeling frustrated and honestly wondering where my money went. My order came out completely wrong, which was already a bad start. Then the food arrived, and I couldn’t believe that this was a $16 sandwich with no side included. For that price, I expected something much more substantial and better presented. Honestly, I’ve gotten $7 sandwiches from Publix that looked better and felt like a better value. I understand inflation has affected restaurants everywhere, and I don’t mind paying more when the quality matches the price. The problem is that the quality, portions, and presentation simply didn’t justify what they were charging. The food felt underwhelming, and the overall experience was far below what I expected. To make matters worse, the service was disappointing and didn’t help the situation. When you’re spending over $70 for a meal, you expect your order to be correct, the food to be worth the price, and the service to be attentive. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I used to enjoy coming here, but the quality seems to have gone downhill while the prices keep going up. This visit was a huge disappointment, and sadly, I won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.
Bond Street Cafe is the kind of neighborhood spot that reminds you simple food, done exceptionally well, is hard to beat. The broccoli leek quiche was outstanding. Dog friendly a bonus.
Shamara was the best, she made me feel so welcomed!! We had the best interaction! Food and coffee was amazing! Love the vibes of the establishment Will definitely come backs again and recommend to everyone!
I walked in and sat at the bar area for 5 minutes and was ignored until I raised my hand and the guy behind the counter points to the area where the register is so I get up and put my order in. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and an iced tea. He poured me an iced tea and brings it over then tells me it’s unsweetened and that I can get a lemonade instead if I want, I said sure. Then he dumps the iced tea and tells me he’s out of lemonade. I asked if I can can get a sprite or 7-up, he replied the only soda we have is coke. I said just give me the iced tea. My bagel comes out with just egg and cheese and no avocado like the menu said, before I could say anything he said we are out of avocado, you can get tomato if you want and shrugs his shoulders. I was so hungry, I said this is fine. The bagel sandwich was not very good. This place seems like they are out of everything and they just will give you want they want and not tell you until after they serve it. The shelves with the booze were half empty and everything looked messy and unorganized. It also didn’t seem like a very clean place either. Some of the pastries were just out on the counter and not behind a glass case. This place might need Bar Rescue or one of those shows to go in there, I won’t go back.
