I want to thank Bringman Roofing for a job well done installing a Standing Seam Metal Roof on my Port Charlotte home. The entire team worked well together to install the metal roof that exceeded my expectations. My contact with Bringman Roofing was through Elizabeth. She was always courteous and professional answering the phone and either answered my questions immediately or brought them to the appropriate person to be answered. When scheduling was going to be a potential issues, (I had to travel north and my insurance company was forcing a metal roof/cancellation without a new metal roof), She immediately spoke with one of the owners, Dwayne, and explained my situation. Dwayne personally called the metal roof supplier and express the desire to address my scheduling situation. The next day two individuals and fabrication equipment were at my house to fabricate the roof panels on-site and deliver other necessary materials. In conversation with one of the people fabricating the roofing panels, I learned he was the owner of the metal supply company. He commented on how Dwayne explained my scheduling situation and asked him if he could provide the materials as soon as possible so the installation could start right after the material delivery, it started within a 2 days of material delivery Jose, the construction crew leader, is a great asset to the company. His(and the crew's) attention to detail, along with the willingness address slight visual imperfections in the framing of my late 1950s house was greatly appreciated. This extra effort enabled the Metal Roof to look as good as reasonably possible, and now with the new metal roof the curb appeal of my house has improved significantly. I selected Bringman Roofing over others based on several factors. The first factor was the contract stated “Stainless Steel Hardware and Screws”. For me, this was an indication that this was a top quality roofing company, other companies did not list this or it was going to be a significant upgrade. Another factor was the complementary “Wind Mitigation Report” that they provide through a 3rd party. Finally the price was reasonable and compared well with the other companies. I have recently called Bringman Roofing asking if they could build my future addition, unfortunately they do not build additions, as if they did, they would be my 1st choice for that project.
Bringman Roofing was on time, polite, and skilled. They fixed my potential mouse entry points nicely. It was a small job but important to me and the Bringman crew made it important to them to solve my problem. They also pleasantly surprised me by inspecting my entire roof while they were here and luckily they found no other problems. Thank you Bringman Roofing for the excellent service.
We were incredibly blessed to have selected Bringman Roofing for our project. The project included not only replacing the leaking terra cotta tile roof with a stone coated metal roofing system, but also a major renovation of the house in preparation for renting it out long term. Taken all together the budget for the project was $225,000 & included: 1. Replacing the roof with stone coated metal. 2. Replacing all windows & sliding doors with low-e impact resistant doors & windows. 3. Repairing framing, ceiling and walls that had sustained water damage from the roof leaks. 4. Removal of existing vinyl and carpet and installation of new wood-look ceramic tile flooring throughout 5. Complete renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms (floors, cabinets, granite countertops, fixtures, lighting, stainless steel appliances, & a redesign of the master bath to include a separate "water closet" & extended walk-in shower, etc). 6. Interior and exterior painting (including garage & lanai) 7. Repair of hurricane damaged lanai ceiling and screens and replace flooring with ceramic tile. 8. Installation of white vinyl backyard fence for privacy. 9. Removal of the textured "popcorn" ceiling 10. Removal of a wall to create more of an "open concept" with views from kitchen into the living and dining rooms. 11. Creation of a "breakfast bar" seating area that doubles as a kitchen island. 12. Running new electrical lines in kitchen and plumbing for the master bath. 13. New lighting throughout the interior (can lights, pendants over breakfast bar, chandeliers in kitchen / dining room and also new outdoor lighting (front & rear doors, rear flood & decorative lanterns on garage). 14. Installation of new ceiling fans (7 in total) 14. Installation of new landscape plant materials for curb appeal. There was basically no part of the house that they did not touch over the course of this major renovation (except for the HVAC and water heater that had both been replaced within the 12-months prior to the renovation). I cannot say enough good things about Dwayne and Brian. They and their team were not only consummate professionals, but they were FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations and what would normally be expected of a contractor. A bit of context is necessary to put the above in perspective. My twin brother & I were renovating our 94-year-old mom's house (after she had moved to an Assisted Living Facility) with the intent of renting it out so that the rent income could support mom in her final years and then become a source of retirement income for my brother. However, mid-project my brother passed away quite unexpectedly. This changed our post-project plan from long term rental to immediate sale. During this time of family crisis Brian and Dwayne stepped up to make sure that everything was taken care of. They even did things that were not part of the scope of work such as cleaning out the very full garage, cleaning up the landscaping, & mowing the lawn so that I didn't have to worry about a thing while attending to my grieving mother, arranging my brother's funeral & settling his estate. You cannot imagine the amount of stress that took off my shoulders so that I could stay focused on our family. Oh...I forgot to mention that I live out of state so had been relying on my brother who lived nearby mom's house to be our eyes and ears on-site during the renovation. Brian and Dwayne are men of their word. If they say it, you can count on it getting done! In the end, the project was completed within our timeline and on budget. (and our "punch list" consisted of 1 item that was taken care of the same day we noticed it). They even recommended a realtor who could help us get mom's house sold. Once again, we have been very pleased with Bringman's recommendation. The house has only been on the market for 4 days and there has been significant interest with nothing but positive comments. I'm sure the house will sell quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TEAM FROM BRINGMAN ROOFING AND WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!
Called after a heavy storm opened up a roof leak at my vacation rental and they sent their team out within 2 hours to fix the leak! Best customer service from start to finish including the incredibly nice workers that showed up to do the repair. Highly recommend!
