I highly recommend Tyler McLeod. Tyler was initially recommended to me by another attorney and former probate judge. I hired Tyler to represent me on an unusual case involving two wills. From the very beginning, I felt confident in Tyler and his colleague, William, and now that our mediation has concluded, I fully appreciate the quality of their work. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by Tyler's honest communication, skilled negotiations, and strategic judgment. He always looked out for my best interests and demonstrated an earnest desire to serve me well. At one point during the mediation, when I felt weary and discouraged, Tyler remained unphased by the evidence shared; his strategic mind and confident approach pressed on providing the exact assurance I needed at that time. I recently lost my father and unfortunately as most know when there is money involved random family members just seem to pop up and do horrible illegal things. As I was seeking counsel I found Tyler McLeod whom met with my mother and I to help analyze our situation to see if he and his law firm could assist. Well needless to say after almost two years in probate court Tyler McLeod was able to help me stand against family members that had no right to take from my father’s estate and we were able to settle the case with as much ease as possible. After experiencing this process I have to share from my heart that Tyler Mcleod is not only a great lawyer but also an authentic, caring, hard working, and extremely intelligent person. Tyler McLeod is excellent! I live in the Midwest but he was able to help my family navigate an unusual situation in South Carolina involving both a contentious property contract of sale and the death of one of the parties to the contract that would possibly have required probate. Tyler was professional, attentive, responsive, and creative. Additionally, I believe his demeanor helped us achieve successful resolution. It was such a pleasure to work with Brown Massey Evans McLeod & Haynsworth. We closed on our home on April 15th, and from start to finish, they were superb. Everyone who helped us was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable.
