Serene and neatly maintained ponds
Bought newly built home in this community on April 2016. Currently we have major plumbing issue. Water is pouring from 2nd floor Bathroom BathTub/Toilet through 1st floor ceiling near to our kitchen. Talked to builder suggested plumber. He reported that we need to repair water damaged ceiling as well as fix the water pouring/leaking issue by making big hole(6X10ft) in the ceiling. I am really unhappy to make this repair in our newly built home. Also, my builder told that our warranty is expired and we need to bare the expenses. I wish my builder to cover this expenses at least.
Coppell and Coppell schools! New construction with a very seasoned and highly respected Builder. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the lots are a little smaller and the prices are over $450,000. On the other hand CalAtlantic Homes is a first-rate seasoned Builder with a terrific reputation and they build an extremely energy efficient home which can be quite a savings annually on electricity and gas
My dream home is in this community. Too bad I can't afford it, lol. Renee was really great and helpful. Beautiful homes. Beautiful community.
