Losing my beloved dog, Africa, was one of the hardest experiences of my life. Marcela and her father treated me like family from the moment I walked through the door. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine empathy made a heartbreaking day a little easier. What impressed me most was how much they truly care about people. While I was there, I witnessed them going out of their way to help another grieving pet owner, which showed me that their compassion is genuine and not just part of their job. Marcela’s father even managed to make me smile during such a painful time. They treated Africa with dignity and respect, and their prices were very reasonable.
