What can I say!!!! When I first walked into, Carmax, a representative checked me in and told me that I could have a seat in this waiting area and that someone would give me a call when things are ready. I was there a little early so it was no big deal. I received a call from Kevius Garmany and while he was talking I heard his voice right behind me. lol. So, Kevius and I walk over to his desk and he confirmed by asking me if I was there to see the Ford F150 Platinum Powerboost truck that was for sale. We talked for a few minutes as he gathered the paperwork needed to drive on the road. After I got the keys from Kevius, I proceeded to go outside to test drive the truck. The truck was everything that I was looking for. After my return trip back to Carmax, Kevius asked me what did I think about the truck. I said that I Love it and let's proceed with the sale. After 1.5hr from the time I was back from the test drive, I had the keys in hand driving down the road. I really want to thank Kevius and the rest of the staff in making this a smooth transaction. Had a great experience here. I love how they check you in and let you explore all the car options without hounding you. You can sit in the cars and get a feel for them freely. It was a haggle-free experience. The salesman, Jonathan, who I worked with was really nice, helpful, and communicative. We had some issues with obtaining documents, since we just moved to the state, but he was more than accommodating, patient, and helpful, and did his best to ensure we got the car we wanted. Even the pick-up process the following day was quick and easy. Would definitely purchase from CarMax again in the future.

Walked right in, everyone there was super nice about us freely walking around the lot while we waited to speak with someone about a car. Test drive was quick and easy. CarMax made the process super easy even with paying for the car by my own bank. They held the car for me a few days in order to come back with the check and they had the car all washed and cleaned up for me. Love CarMax!

I was so excited about my preowned RDX, Acura. It was my first time buying from CarMax and we had a very positive experience at first. Our sales associate was great, however we followed up with a pre-buyer inspection from our local dealership and that’s where things went south. They noticed pretty quickly that we had an oil leak and we learned soon afterwards that this required a new transmission and transfer case totaling $15,000 in repairs. This is very concerning on a car with 28,000 miles and was very upsetting that Carmax didn’t see this. If you do choose to buy from Carmax, you should definitely get your own inspections done so you do not have any surprises that can save you a lot of money.

I would like to say, shoutout to Bobby Chellette for making the process in getting our new (to us) 2022 Honda accord sport super easy for my girlfriend and I! It didn’t take long or much time to get through the paperwork to get our car! He had so much patience, he was very kind, and very understanding when it came to things. If you’re looking for a car, ask for Bobby! Bobby if you see this, you are amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing!
