The team at Carolina Active was fantastic to work with. I specifically worked with Dr. Gavin, who was incredibly informative and helpful throughout my recovery. Amy was also great running the front office and communications. I came in after injuring myself training for a competition, and I really appreciated how they took the time to understand my specific goals. They developed a recovery plan that fit perfectly within my training schedule, and I was back to normal within just a couple of weeks. The best part was their approach—they weren't pushy and didn't overwhelm me with unnecessary follow-ups once the problem was resolved. I learned a lot through the process and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a training injury. I know exactly where I’m going if I ever need help again!
I’ve been coming to this chiropractor for a few months now, first with neck pain and after a few short visits I was back to 💯, then lower back pain and again all healed! The adjustments really help but so do the exercises I’m sent to do at home. The staff is wonderful and I always enjoy my visits. Dr Gavin is great! Highly recommend him!
This place is the reason I’m not in a wheelchair. Everyone is fantastic! I can’t recommend Dr. Gavin (chiro) or Sami (massage therapy) enough. I’ve had YEARS of sports injuries and trauma and this is the best I have felt since I was a freshman in college
Not the typical Chiropractic office. Dr Nelson is super and well versed in sports injuries. They have a gym area as well as an ESWT room among many other ares to treat your respective injury. So much more than a regular Chiropractic office!!!
Dr Gavin is very professional and knowledgeable. Listens to my concerns and addresses them- can tell that they care about you as an individual. Highly recommend! Amy at front desk is very responsive and kind.
