Opened an account with Charles Schwab and they mailed my checks to an incorrect address, mailed my account opening verification letter to a different incorrect address and mailed my debit card to a different third incorrect address. Called them to inform them of this mess and ended up just closing out my account because of the absolute incompetency displayed by Schwab. First impressions are lasting impressions. I wouldn't trust Schwab to manage even a petty cash account.

It's my pleasure to highlight Schwab as an exceptional organization—a true standout in the industry. I like to think of Schwab as the "mega store of financial services." Picture having everything you need under one roof, not just their diverse range of products but also exceptional service at the branch level and round-the-clock customer support. While many organizations talk about providing an exceptional client experience, Schwab, in my opinion, embodies it each and every day, in every possible way. Go ahead and put your money here. You'll never know the true value of your portfolio because schwab system can't keep up. Today, I looked at my portfolio and the numbers aren't updated from the day before. SP shows it's down on schwab then when you go to a real platform like say yahoo it shows the correct price. I HAVE TO GO TO SOMETHING CALLED YAHOO BEFORE I CAN DEPEND ON SCHWAB. I worry every day that this company is screwing me over, and guess what? I may never know. Stay away from this lazy company. Since TD Ameritrade was bought uy out by Schwab has gotten worse. It's been months since they bought out TD and they still can't get it right.
