Serving Denton, Wise, and Jack Counties, Children's Advocacy Center for North Texas helps child abuse victims and their families find healing and justice. Based in Lewisville, the nonprofit brings services directly to children instead of sending them from place to place to tell their stories. Its team coordinates forensic interviews, therapy services, family advocacy, and prevention education, working alongside law enforcement and community partners. In 2025 alone, the center completed over 1,200 forensic interviews, conducted more than 9,000 therapy sessions, and educated over 50,000 children on abuse prevention. The organization also offers training for professionals through its Training Institute and relies on community support and donations to continue its work.
