I had an outstanding experience at PhysioRight Sports Performance and Rehab. From the moment I walked in, I felt well cared for. Alex Katzman was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. Dr. Rasmussen was incredibly gracious in getting me in right when I needed the help most, which made all the difference. After my treatment, I felt 100% better, with my mobility restored and my confidence back. The level of professionalism and compassion here is unmatched. I would highly recommend PhysioRight Sports Performance and Rehab to anyone seeking top-notch care and results.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing Derek at PhysioRight regularly for neck and back issues, and he’s always been incredible — knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in his patients’ well-being. On my last visit, I was experiencing a sudden episode of vertigo. Derek quickly recognized what was going on and performed a deep head hang maneuver to reposition the crystals in my inner ear. I could feel a difference almost immediately. His ability to pivot and treat something outside of my usual issues was impressive and honestly a huge relief. If you’re dealing with pain, dizziness, or just want a physical therapist who really knows what he’s doing, I can’t recommend Derek and PhysioRight enough.

Sometimes you come across somebody that is truly great at their profession. Derek is that person. His knowledge and talent are beyond compare. Do yourself a favor and go see him for what ails you.

The most important thing I’m about to tell anyone reading this review is that Derek truly cares about his clients. From the get-go I was very weary. I had been back and forth with chiropractors, other people telling me what I should or shouldn’t be doing and not seeing or feeling any results with my lower back/Si joint issue. Finally I reached out to Derek & although I was very skeptical & blunt Derek was very professional, knowledgeable & honest so I finally gave him a try since nothing else was working. This was my first experience with any type of physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect. From my very first session Derek made me feel comfortable and helped me better understand my injury and how not only he could help me but how I could also help myself. After my first session I was already feeling better than I had in months! My sharp pains went away, I slept better, I worked out better, and over the past 5 weeks I can finally say I feel practically brand new. I was crying in pain on a daily basis, I was frustrated and stressed, but Derek turned that all around for me. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise and enthusiasm for what he does. I look forward to working with him again in the future. I highly recommend seeing Derek because he won’t only be your physical therapist he will become a friend, too.

For the last few years, I've had the worst imaginable back pain. Most mornings I would roll out of bed and it would take at least an hour to fully straighten up. Derek was recommended by several friends and he's made a world of difference. Derek was able to accommodate my needs and his customer service is unmatched by any other. After my first visit, I felt as if I were an entirely new person. My body feels and moves the way a 23 y.o. body should again. I no longer wake up in pain and am able to spring into my day ( quite literally). Derek is professional, flexible, and creates a wonderful experience for his clients. I can't recommend him enough! Easily the best in SWFL.
