Absolutely outstanding service from the team at Geekly Bendigo! They were incredibly friendly, got me in straight away, and had my gaming PC diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. On the day of a family emergency, my phone went down, no calls in or out. The timing couldn't have been worse and being of a certain generation my digital skills are rudimentary..... panic! I was on the doorstep at Geekly by 9am and l couldn't be more grateful for the prompt and sympathetic assistance from Daniel. A loan phone was provided for the weekend which saved a whole lot of stress and anxiety and phone issues were resolved by my return. What great customer service. Thankyou to Geekly!
