Very helpful, I worked with John on estimates and Rob as manager. Both answered all our questions and made assessments for us. They tried to see if our old dehumidifier could be repaired before we decided to replace. We also had encapsulation repair as we had some water come in the crawlspace from the broken dehumidifier and demold spray. They send pictures via google photos album link so you can inspect the work. You start projects with deposits, then on completion you pay the rest of invoice. You can pay via check or credit card online in invoice with small credit fee which was nice. It was pretty painless process.

I appreciate Gary's thorough explanation of what they would do Crew came as scheduled and were done in ~5 hours, so clean you wouldn't know they had been here until you look under the house.
