The young man that was working the night that me and my son went to work out was very nice. We had the whole gym to ourselves and it was awesome. I loved all the machines atmosphere very cool gym. Wish it was 24 seven.
Love this gym! All the equipment you need. In addition to the machines, dumbbells + barbells, they have kettlebells, sandbags + boxes, which I appreciate for some functional training. Sauna is always hot. The Women’s locker room is really cool. The gym is always clean, the team there is always friendly, there is preworkout on tap. 10/10 🔥
Cool gym with some hard to find, pricier machines from NewTech and Atlantis. Has pretty much all the other basic needs when it comes to equipment. Complementary towels are nice to have 3 stars because members rarely clean up after themselves. Plate loaded machines are usually left racked with weight and the weight racks themselves are unorganized. Small gym so it only takes a few people to mess things up. Squat racks are all connected and shake noticeably under any kind of load because they aren’t fully bolted down Mens locker room is gross. Showers hold water and don’t get cleaned. Used to seeing a couple zyn pouches on the floor by now. The light in the sauna has been broken. Sauna benches need to be refinished badly. For 65 bucks base membership a lot of it goes towards location and vibes. Bring noise cancelling headphones if you don’t like house music bumping as loud as they play it
Great atmosphere! I love when there is community that's not niched amongst bodybuilding or powerlifting. Everyone from both sides and even the fitness enthusiast all get along here. the equipment and layout is great both on the floor and in the locker room. Sauna and showers plus towels is always a 👍👍. Super clean and not a box/commercial gym by any means.
Absolutely love this gym. I just moved here from AZ a week ago and the intimate setting is so inviting for a fresh set of eyes. I actually got a membership because of the customer service. Sienna took really good care of me and embodies southern hospitality. I’m so grateful I found this place. The ambiance, vibe, equipment, people, atmosphere are phenomenal.
