Steve really helped me out when I was in a bind. I had an order that wasn’t going to arrive in time and another store told me there was nothing that could be done. Steve took the time to talk it through with me and checked different options until he found a way to make it work. He didn’t have to help me since it wasn’t even his territory, but he did anyway. Because of him I got the tile just in time for my guys to stay on schedule, and the client was really impressed that we figured something out. I really appreciated the effort and it made a big difference.
Steve was great the other day. I needed a part and he really saved me time and money reaching out to other stores. He didn't have to do it but I can tell you it really helped keep a job moving forward. This is really the best place to get what's needed in the world. Thank you again Steve !

Susan is simply the best! She knows her stuff when it comes to tiles. Picking out tiles can be a very difficult process but not with Susan. She managed to help me find the perfect look for my project is a surprisingly short time.
