I had an excellent experience at Imperial Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. I especially appreciated that my wait time was very short—they truly respected my time and kept everything running smoothly. Dr. Hernandez is simply second to none. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely took the time to listen to and address all of my concerns. I never felt rushed, and her caring approach made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my treatment. I highly recommend Imperial Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. The entire team is outstanding, and I would recommend them all day, every day, without hesitation!

Imperial Dental was very accommodating to give me a same day appointment for my minor-ish emergency. It was my first time visiting the office. From the first moment of entering the door I was made to feel welcome by the lovely ladies at the front desk. I waited for all of 1 minute before I went back for treatment. Dr. Gulotte and his assistant (sorry forgot her name) were very attentive. Dr Gulotte talked me through every step of the process and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next visit.

Be careful. When I visited Imperial Dental first time, I thought that would be my office to go - Paula at the front desk was so nice that I could not imagine otherwise. However, even though Dr.Gulotte and his assistant did a good job… still be careful. When I went to the room to check my teeth with the dental assistant, the front desk staff assured me they would check with my insurance company how much they would pay, so I would pay the remainder. After the appointment I was told that yes, they accept my insurance and my part would be $913 , which I paid. In 2 months Imperial Dental contacted me to notify that I should pay an additional $438. I reminded them our agreement that my part was only $900+ and no more, which I paid. They disregarded what they previously said and said that on their documents they had somewhere with small font a word “estimated”. They also told that they do not accept any insurances at all (unlike what they told me regarding my insurance when I came first time there). I do not like such games played and that is why I will not have them as my dental office to go. I would not advise others too. It does not look like their office manager (or whoever manages finances there) cares for Imperial Dental reputation.

Staff, as always, very welcoming which starts the appointment in a positive manner. Diane did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and effective. A job very well done by Diane as well as the staff making the appointment go smoothly.

Dr’s Gulotte and Hernandez really take the time to not only make you feel comfortable but also give you confidence in their professionalism. Their staff is always friendly and professional, as well, from check-in at the front desk, assistants, and the hygienist that care for your teeth. Highly recommend this team for all your dental needs.
