I had the most excellent 1st time experience at this office. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional! Let’s start with Enrique at front desk! Soo patient, and expedient gathering and offering information and accommodating! There was no wait time!! Totally on schedule! Next was Jazmine!!! A true gem and expert in her field! She was attentive to EVERY detail, gentle, and explanatory throughout! She made me feel extremely confident and comfortable! Randy my hygienist was the same. Dr. Mendez was exceptionally pleasant, informative, caring, and brilliant with my future plans of treatment! I give them all FIVE STARS Across the board! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not bad, could be better. The level of care and attention here is generally pretty good. The admin said de is challenging though- lots of paperwork every time I visit (always hear others complaining they’ve already provided this) and there seems to be a fair amount of turnover every time I go. Quality of care is good, cleanings could be more thorough but the people are generally nice, professional, and competent at least.

Firstly, I was not informed that my primary dentist was no longer with the practice. I had some concerns as to whether the hygienist understood or could comprehend the English language. Dr Javier Mendez has poor bedside manner. He was talking to the back of my head regarding his findings and plan of care. I had to address the issue and his excuse was that he needed to use the mouse on the computer, which was behind me when he could have put the images on the monitor that is facing the patients. Or the facility needs to invest in portable monitors. I felt that no eye contact with your patient is disrespectful. I also requested a copy of my periodontist consultation report at least four times and was told I could get if from the front desk. The front desk receptionist told me to get it from the periodontist office on my next visit. Totally unprofessional. Needless to say they lost a patient as well as, potential referrals.

The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very pleasant. Even though there were a few minor hiccups with the X-ray, the team was attentive, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was great as well—confident and clear with the diagnosis, and he provided a helpful timeline along with different treatment scenarios. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dr. Mendez was very thorough and his assistant is amazing! I had a fall and they needed to check my teeth because I had pain In two of my teeth. Thank goodness, they found no damage except a bruise on my gum. They were very kind and generous in the price that they charged me for all the work that they did! Thank you, Dr. Mendez
