The estate planning experience we had with Matthew Hafen was ideal! My aging father, thinking of his future passing, wanted to avoid probate with its lengthy, public, and expensive process. Eli Milne, another of Dentons’ excellent and trustworthy attorneys (whom our family has known for years) recommended Matt, and we are so glad he did! Matt is very experienced with all aspects of estate planning and even presents about it at legal conferences, etc. Not only was the price very fair, he was also patient with our extra questions, produced the various documents necessary after we provided certain details, guided us through the signing/notarizing, recorded the Warranty Deed, presented us with a binder of the original docs, and even emailed digital copies as a backup. When you need estate planning or another area of law that Matthew Hafen deals with, my father, brothers, and I express our highest recommendation!

Matt Hafen prepared a trust for my husband and I. He was very prompt in preparing the documents and then he sat down with us and carefully explained the trust so that we understood all of the aspects of it and helped us choose the best options for our situation. We were very impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. He is a man of integrity and he has an excellent work ethic, as well as being very knowledgable in the area of estate planning. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

Durham Jones & Pinegar is a law firm of great integrity and, over a thirty year period, has performed our family’s legal work in a very competent manner. We have used Durham Jones & Pinegar’s legal assistance in business contracts, formation of LLC's, and estate planning. Terry Wade has overseen our business legal activities and made sure that the attorneys with the right technical background have assisted where appropriate. Matt Hafen has done considerable legal work for our Foremaster Family over the past three or four years. We have found Matt to be a very capable attorney who is both thorough and responsive in his work. He is by nature a considerate person who listens well and patiently replies to one's concerns. During our interactions, we were given every opportunity to provide input and were more than satisfied with the end product. If you are looking for a cocky attorney who will try to dominate the conversation, then Matt is not for you. Andrew Spainshower was absolutely amazing with our case! We were rear ended by a drunk driver who was illegal and didn't have a license and the truck did not belong to him. The three of us had to go to the chiropractor for many months for whiplash. We were kept updated throughout the case each week by Andrew and his team. He not only got all of our medical expenses covered, as well as the vehicle repairs, but each of us received a substantial settlement for pain and suffering. I would recommend Andrew to anyone!
