Dr. Felice and his staff are hands down the best!! Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions. They truly went above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care!
The staff were very sweet and thorough throughout the entire process. I loved everyone that was a part of the process. I felt very informed and very confident going into surgery (breast augmentation) and Dr. Felice was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much to the staff and Dr. Felice!!
*UPDATE Below !*****I had a great experience with Dr Felice. Very informative and great bedside manners. Made sure he covered every question and knows what he’s talking about. I’ve had consultations looking for a good surgeon and Dr Felice and his staff won me over . He didn’t rush my appointment and was very informative even with no questions asked. To be continued…….. *******Update….. had my surgery and am a few days over a month from surgery. Still healing from 2 places that are not healing the best. Communication in this facility is nonexistent, initial consultation went great!! Then afterwards was not so great experience. Was totally up front about a heart condition I have. Was told that’s ok. Come surgery day ,which was over 30 days later ,that surgery was cancelled that morning. Because of my condition I have to have my surgery at the hospital, which was fine but waiting over 30days And the morning of my surgery you cancel, so I had to refile a leave with work and arrange all my time off over again and wait another 30+days. Also, the day after my surgery was canceled I received a call asking why I wasn’t there for my post op appointment…?? No communication…Had to pay $1000 extra for using the hospital and had to call 3 different times to get more meds sent to pharmacy for my next surgery date who didn’t call it in until the week before my actual surgery. I work in healthcare, the fact they would probably want to do my surgery in a hospital should have been addressed at or shortly after my consultation. Not waiting until I fast all night , wake and take pre surgery meds and come 7am for surgery and did my urine test all to be told no, go home and reschedule. Just over all not happy with the whole experience and surgery is permanent, to me it is . Definitely not the experience I thought I was going to get or the results from surgery .Do Your research, look at all reviews and just be patient in choosing I will say, Shaina and Dr Felice are very nice
Amazing experience with my augmentation and explanation. Dr. Felice listens and truly cares about his patients. His staff is fantastic too!
Dr. Felice takes time with his patients. He really is all about making his patients happy with their results. I’m very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
