My 2018 Dikin AC adapter in the electric panel kept turning off, so I called my service people from One Air. I have a contract. Dakota and Michael were great at explaining the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable. As a 65-year-old on a fixed income with a disabled son and mother in my care, the amount was quite a shock, but it needs to be done. I wish your company would have a payment plan in place for people like us. I am not talking about refinance, something like Precision Door Company has. I paid them 500 a month until paid off. They installed a brand new system in my garage door and trusted me to pay them in installments. They were paid in full, and everyone was happy.
