This establishment consistently demonstrates a high level of expertise, professionalism, and integrity. Upon my arrival, I informed a staff member of my need for brake service. Within ten minutes, the service was completed accurately, a task that two previous facilities were unable to accomplish. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and anticipate returning for future services.
Had to get towed (obviously that's why I'm here now) the dispatcher was super respectful & informative. She was calm & paid attention to detail during our conversation. Once the driver showed up it was a quick & easy process while mentioning he was very careful while attaching the car. On the way to my drop off location we had a great conversation. I highly highly recommend this company. I hope to not break down again but if ever needed, elites the way. Thank you
These guys are hands down the most affordable and most efficient towing company I have ever used. I was stranded on i75 at 11 pm. I called every tow truck out there. Everybody was either closed or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Elite gave me the best quote and got to me in less than 30 minutes. They took great care of my mustang. Every other tow company was charging me hundreds of dollars more than they were. I will be using them again in the future. 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Called this company and was given a 2 hour wait and they got there in 45 minutes, quoted me the best price i could find and gave me a ride with my car from fort myers to tampa. would use them time and time again!! most professional and caring company i have ever dealt with!
broke down in the middle of i-75 and called this company, they got to me in 45 minutes which is THE BEST time frame i got from any company that day and towed my car home. would recommend this company time and time again. very professional and the driver Roberto knows what he’s doing and works in a timely manner. nobody likes to call for a tow but i honestly couldn’t be happier with this company!
