This experience started with a phone call to Enterprise Corporate. While scheduling my rental over the phone, I was led to believe that I could rent a vehicle for one day and leave my personal vehicle overnight at the rental location. The next day, I received a call from this location to confirm my reservation details. Once again, no one informed me that I could not rent the vehicle for only one day or leave my car overnight, even after I asked about it. The staff was also very persistent about explaining the security deposit, which became frustrating considering the number of issues I later experienced. On the day of my rental, I called the location one more time to let them know I was on my way. Again, no one mentioned that I would not be able to rent the vehicle for just one day. When I arrived, I checked in and was asked for my ID before being taken to the parking lot. The vehicle was still wet, and I had seen it being cleaned just before I arrived. It was clearly rushed. As shown in my photos, the cleaning was incomplete and below expectations. The vehicle had not been properly vacuumed, including under the seats, making it obvious the cleaning was only partially done. While we were in the parking lot completing the walk-around, the employee processed my payment and then informed me that because the following day was a holiday and the weekend was approaching, I would be charged for two days instead of one. I had already spoken with Enterprise three separate times before arriving, and no one mentioned this policy. After I questioned it, they blamed their reservation system for not informing them and even admitted that other customers had complained about the same issue. I was then told that I could not leave my personal vehicle overnight, despite having specifically discussed this over the phone beforehand. After further conversation, they explained it was because of the area and the risk of vandalism. This left me completely unprepared since I had arrived alone, expecting to leave my vehicle there. At no point before my arrival did anyone inform me of this policy or offer any alternative solutions. I was left to figure out what to do with my own vehicle. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. During my trip, the rental vehicle stalled four different times, putting both my family and me in a dangerous situation. The vehicle appeared to activate some type of "safety feature," but no one could explain why it would not accelerate properly. While driving on the highway, where traffic was moving between 75 and 80 mph, the vehicle would not accelerate past 65 mph and would actually brake when I pressed the accelerator. I immediately called this rental location, but they could not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. Instead, while I was stranded on the side of the highway, they simply told me to figure it out myself or contact another Enterprise location nearby. Thankfully, after turning the vehicle off and back on several times, I was able to get it moving again, but the same problem continued to happen throughout the rental.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The girl at the front desk was kind and connected with each person that she helped even when it was very busy. We had a small issue with our first rental and it was handled very quickly. Have rented here twice and would recommend.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I absolutely would — especially because of Tonya. She literally saved a trip that was costing me thousands of dollars at the very last minute. I had reservations with 5 other Enterprise locations and every single one of them failed me. I came in on a Saturday, stressed and honestly losing hope, and Tonya did everything possible to make sure I left with a vehicle. They were already closing, and she promised me she would stay later to wait for me — and she kept her word. THIS is the kind of customer service people deserve. She was kind, professional, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I loved my experience here and I would absolutely use this location again without hesitation. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you again, Tonya, for turning such a stressful situation into an amazing experience!

Everyone was extremely friendly from the courtesy driver to the women at the front desk who helped me. Every time I called, everyone was extremely helpful, and everyone has helped me when I was having problems with my insurance adjuster in the set up and drop off process. As someone who has been extremely stressed out since my accident, I’m forever grateful for all of the staff who has been nothing but helpful. On days I felt like crying, the staff extended helping hands and ensured my experience was smooth. Although I hope to not be in another accident, I would 100% choose to return as a customer if needed. If anybody asks where to rent a car, I’d recommend Enterprise over any other competitor.
