This fence is less than two years old. In April of 2025 we attempted to get Dolphin to replace the rotting parts, but they said that it is not covered under the warrenty. I'm trying to contact them to see if they will do anything for me. But here's the kind of garbage fencing they use. So I DO NOT recommend them. If they stand behind the product and replace the garbage, I will be happy to revise my review.
We had a great experience with Dolphin Fence from start to finish. Joe was extremely receptive and communicative throughout the entire process, and payment was simple and straightforward. Pricing was fair, and the materials they used are clearly high quality. We went with a 6 ft privacy fence with a 5 ft transition panel, along with a 4ft black aluminum picket fence around the seawall and dock. Once the permit was approved, the entire installation was completed in about a week, which exceeded our expectations. The finished product looks fantastic, and the workmanship is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Dolphin Fence to anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and beautiful results. Ps, The white privacy fence with black picket fence looks amazing ✌️✌️✌️
Love dolphins fence. They were amazing. Sheri and Stephanie always responded quickly efficiently. Also great customer service and very great installation. I will trust them more than any big box company. Keep up the great work!!!
Beware of this company . Dolphin provided quote for project indicating a payment schedule of 20% down. When contract was submitted they demanded 100% payment at time of signing. When challenged and indicated this was different then what was quoted. The sales man indicated he made a mistake and would speak with owner. Next day got abrupt email saying they wouldn’t do job. Extremely poor customer service I would hesitate to trust them for any project.
What a fantastic experience. If you are in SWFL and looking for a fence, this is your company. Everyone was fantastic and right on time every day!. They even rang the bell to let us know they were done every night!
