We searched many places looking for the right flooring and finally found it here. Mike brought all the samples I’d requested to our home to color match the existing tile flooring (even though I had already chosen THE ONE) just to be certain it was the right one. He was very kind and patient with us. He knows his products and what’s the best for your home. Mike and the installation crew made this process super easy. We’re very happy with our new flooring! Thank you Mike and the installation crew.
Mike has contracted three jobs for us now and we are beyond pleased with the work. Ash and his team did two floors in our four story home and the job they did was excellent. They are professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. We are beyond happy with no more carpet and the flooring they installed. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to replace/repair floors.
Stopped here on a whim- husband didn’t think it would have a lot of options. Boy was he wrong! They had more samples in one space than I’d seen anywhere else. Mike was so helpful - he showed us many options and did not try to upsell us. He seems very genuine in wanting you to be happy , and totally understands budget. When our project is ready for flooring and tile- we will be going back to Mike!
We had a great experience with Floor Gallery. Mike came out to the house and helped us make the best decision for our house that would help the resell value. Once he had an estimate of the space needed he put forth a plan that would change our old builder grade carpet to a new laminate floor. We agreed with the plan and within a week we had new floors. The installation was great. Ash and Sam had to brave rain and snow in order to get our floors in. They were professional and explained exactly what they were doing. If you are looking for floors go to these guys. They will take good care of you.
Mike and his team did an excellent job on our floors. The installers noticed some of the floor boards were slightly warped. They immediately halted the process and called the warehouse for a whole new load of flooring planks. I appreciate that they wanted to do quality work. I would totally recommend them to family and friends.
