Sergio and Jonathan did an exceptional job deep cleaning my hardwood floors, bringing back a level of richness and shine I did not think was possible. Jose’s installation work was equally impressive, carried out with precision, care, and true craftsmanship. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the professionalism and attentiveness of Adam, the owner, and Steve. They were a pleasure to work with, communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. It is rare to find a team that combines skill, integrity, and such a strong attention to detail. I would highly recommend Greater Houston Flooring to anyone looking for top tier service and beautiful results.

We had an amazing experience using Greater Houston Flooring to replace our wood floors throughout our home. Adam worked with us to find a high quality engineered wood that matched our aesthetic and budget. His team was extremely professional during the installation. They worked hard to get the project done on time, but paid extreme attention to detail at the same time so the work didn’t feel rushed or sloppy. They cleaned up after themselves and never left our property messy at the end of the day. On top of it all, they noticed a scratch throughout a few floorboards (not caused by them), and were very upfront and honest about it. I may have not noticed that for months or years, but they brought it to my attention. They redid that section the next day and all looks better than I could have imagined! Overall, we were impressed from beginning to end and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for new wood floors.

It was a genuine pleasure working with Greater Houston Flooring to install my new engineered wood flooring. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I also appreciate that he considered my budget and helped me find beautiful, high quality wood within my price range. He and his crew take pride in their work, and the quality shows it. GHF was an ideal contractor through and through. I sought three quotes, and Adam with GHF was the only one who actually came to my house to see things for himself, talk me through the process, and answer all of my random questions. Rather than the ballpark quotes I got from the other two companies, Adam gave me a fairly precise quote based on his ground truthing. Everything about this job was straightforward, which is exactly what I needed. No alarms, no surprises. When the work began, Giovanni and his crew were punctual, diligent, and very friendly. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. From my perspective, GHF doesn't have such a high rating because they chase five-star reviews. Their rating here is deserved because they deliver a top-tier experience.

I needed to have my hardwood floors refinished so I called Adam Zak with Greater Houston Flooring. He was quick to respond and knowledgeable on what was needed. We set a date for the work to be done and he kept in touch throughout the process. His workers arrived on time on that day and were courteous and professional. They explained what the steps were for removing the old finish and appling the new finish. He even showed me their new dust removal system that eliminates most of the dust during the sanding process. It was a high tech solution that showed they were interested in keeping my house as clean as possible while doing a professional job. Each day they cleaned up before they left and made sure to let me know how they were progressing in the work. Since I was interested in learning how each step was done, I watched them throughout each day as they worked. They were impressive in their attention to detail and application of the product. Once they were completed, I was very pleased with how it turned out. I was so happy to see the beauty of the hardwoods restored to new. I have attached a few picture showing the results.
