My husband and I are thrilled with our new bathrooms. We will definitely use Metro Flooring for future home renovation projects. We redid our bathroom and our son’s bathroom. It came out even better than we expected. Our neighbors referred us after loving their remodel. We traveled during the month long project and trusted that our home would be taken care of while they did the work. Very reliable, cleaned up daily, and the price was reasonable for the top notch job. I would definitely recommend using them.

Metro Flooring just completed a total renovation of the main bathroom in our 1940 house in The Heights. I hired Mazen and Metro Flooring mid-job after having another contractor start the job who proved to be incompetent. My experience from the day Mazen took over was just the opposite. His guys were are extremely talented. They undid the poor work done by the first contractor and proceeded to sheet rock, tile, fix plumbing, move electrical and paint all to great result and a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with the result and plan to use these guys again in the future.

By far one of the best contractors we have used on a home renovation project! Mazan was extremely responsive and his team was extremely kind and respectful. The quality of work was outstanding, even the original builder of our home complimented the craftsmanship. Some of the jobs were tough (matching existing tile floor, refacing fireplace, drywall work, accent wall, cabinetry, painting, etc) and it was all done at top quality. The project was also done on time and his guys worked hard to make that happen. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using Metro Flooring again in the future on some additional projects.

REVISED 11/3 Working with Metro Flooring has been a blend of satisfaction and frustration. - Project manager was helpful at first and mobilized his subcontractors quickly. When there was a problem with the flooring, it was hard to get the Project Manager to respond to calls or keep appointment commitments. When I finally got ahold of him, he responded in a satisfactory manner. - The hardwood floors in my home were refinished after the Winter 2021 freeze. The new boards warped within 6 months. They repaired it the issue. Carlos the subcontractor and his team are good to work with and listen to the needs. - The carpet installation left a lot to be desired. Took 5 times to get the seam done properly. The pad is terrible. They used several different grades and thickness so you can feel all the padding differences and seams. They argued with me that it wasn't wrong. They damaged my furniture and also damaged the hardwood floors that were just refinished. - The work crew used a bathroom, plugged up the toilet and left it filled with waste for more than a week. Use with caution, ask a lot of questions upfront, get everything in writing, and be persistent...they will respond.

This place is the best I had come to my house. I had a few companies come to my house and the prices were ridiculous. So I called metro flooring they gave me the best price and had the right type of floor I wanted not what they wanted to put down. From start to finish wonderful job and completed on the time that was given. very nice staff and will be calling them for my next flooring project !
