Beware... My Flooring America says they will stand behind their products and installations. However, for 1.5 to 2 years they have continually blown me off regarding defective Armstrong flooring they installed. They refuse to provide the owners phone number to me while refusing to resolve the defective flooring issues. You've been warned...
I recently got my downstairs flooring replaced including my laundry room.Alec did a great job in salesmanship for Floors for Living by coming out to my house and doing the complete measurements and scheduling the work to be done without any issues. And lastly gave me a great price too. Im a 3 time returning customer for Floors for living and a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure meeting you Alec and thank you for a job well done.
Finding the perfect home in this market is nearly impossible, so my family settled for a home we could grow to love. A must have for me was wood flooring throughout but I was definitely overwhelmed with the process. When I finally found my new home, I had only three weeks from closing date to end of my leaseback to remove and replace 3000 sq ft in the new home. I put my trust in Edward, as I could tell he was a stand up guy right away, also very informative and knowledgeable about the industry in general. So many things could have gone wrong but my flooring was completely replaced within a week, thanks to Edward. He made sure all hands were on deck to ensure my project was completed quickly and professionally from start to finish. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and answered my emails and texts immediately. He went out of his way to make this process a seamless one. He worked with Carl, the fulfillment supervisor, to be sure I had the supply I needed. Give my short time frame, I was forced to place my order and put 50% down BEFORE I even closed on my new home! Very risky move, wouldn’t advise anyone to do that BUT I had that much faith in Edward and Carl and they absolutely came through for me. I had the highly sought after wood I needed (thanks Carl!) and it was installed expeditiously. Within One week! I love my beautiful floors and can sleep at night with the warranty. Stafford/Missouri City location.
Ranferi Ramirez and his buddy came over and did our flooring. I had it over the Costco plan. I had a very bad with another floor technician before so I was cautious. However Randeri made my day. He worked hard, professionally, and very punctually. His English might a bit be limited but it didn’t matter since he’s very friendly and helpful. I would give Ranferi 6 stars if I could. I think this company is a good company because they hire such a good technician.
This is the second time we have used MFA, and we are pleased with the results. We transitioned from laminate flooring to porcelain tile due to water damage. I was not prepared for the mess and chaos, but this was due to my inexperience with home renovations. Thankyou Jim for a sound estimate. Thank you, Milan and co-worker for keeping my home as clean as possible both inside and out. After we recover should we decide to tile the back part of the house I only want to work with this crew. My floors are lovely ... thank you Milan.
