We recently had new engineered hardwood flooring supplied and installed by All About Flooring. Our experience with this company was absolutely phenomenal. We had contracted with Del Webb Greenville to build our retirement home, and prior to our “design center appointment” with them, we began looking at flooring options locally (we were living on Long Island, New York). We found a flooring sample that we fell in love with that Del Webb did not offer as an option. I had the pleasure of connecting with Becky Griffith, the owner at All About Flooring, who was able to get the flooring that we wanted. Becky was professional, personable, went out of her way to accommodate us, and left no doubt to us that we were in the right place (even though we were almost 800 miles away!!). The installation date was predetermined for the week after we closed. Our lead installer Rod and his crew arrived on time and began by ripping out the original flooring that was put in by Del Webb! The rest of the project went very smoothly, and Rod finished up ahead of schedule. We are so pleased and happy to have used the services of Becky and All About Flooring. Ashley and her team at All About Flooring were absolutely amazing from start to finish! The installation process went even quicker than expected, and our clients could not be happier with how the floors turned out. As children’s playroom designers, finding the right flooring is everything — and these floors checked every box. They clean up easily, hold up beautifully in a rough and tumble environment, and an unexpected bonus? The grip is fantastic. Kids can run around freely without slipping, which is a HUGE win in our book. Playrooms by Design will absolutely be working with Ashley and her team again on future projects and we cannot recommend them enough!

From start to finish, Ashley went over and above to help us with our carpet choice, calendar needs and follow-up. The men who installed the carpet were careful, polite and hard-workers. We are so pleased! Dreamweaver Plateau is a wonderful neutral color of carpet and it went so well with the accessible beige painted walls.

Ashley was a great help in guiding us through the carpet selection process for our budget. And ensuring the installation process was just as smooth. The installers did a professional job on installing the carpet, ensuring the lines were straight in the field, not aligned with the uneven walls. We have had the carpet now for over a month and have enjoyed the look as well as the fell on bare feet. We highly recommend All About Flooring and make sure to ask for Ashley.

All About Flooring is truly a gem of a place. I have been to other carpet stores in Greenville and the service was not nearly as good and friendly. AAF has all the options you need. I recently bought a large dining room rug through Ashley. (She is great to work with and I plan on buying more through her.) I ordered from Stanton and when the custom cut rug arrived the corners were not very square and some of the dimensions were off. I wasn’t worried at all because Ashley was so prompt and reassuring. Manager, Matthew Holmes, came to my house and took thorough measurements and pictures of the rug. Most importantly, he completely understood my disappointment with the rug. I honestly didn’t think he would be able to get it replaced because of Stanton’s “tiny print policies”. But, he kept working with them, stayed in touch, advocated for me and got a brand new rug cut and made with an extra backing to ensure better shape. (At no cost to me at all.) It was truly unexpected and above and beyond. He was patient with my busy schedule and promptly found a time to come out with Caleb and install the new rug. I am truly thrilled with it. The little details would have always bothered me but now it is perfect. I needed Caleb and Matthew to come install the rug on a crazy day at my house while I was homeschooling my kids. They came and did it well and quickly and were in and out. All About Flooring will definitely be my go to place for all rugs and flooring in the future!
