Florida Solar One is the most knowledgeable and educational company. The installation was on time and fit our schedule perfectly. The support following the installation has been wonderful. Ray and company were fast, neat, professional and a pleasure to work with. He knows the county and power co. rules and got permits and approval extremely fast. Everything he installed, panels, power, wall and gateway, we’re all in stock. We didn’t wait for anything. Even though the roof does not face South, the panels are putting out 95% of their theoretical wattage. Like I told Ray, I am very pleased. The only thing I would do differently is to have done it sooner.
Top-notch experience from planning stages to implementation/installation. We did a massive project in KW & the system is performing incredibly. Ray maintained communication with me each day they were working, keeping me informed of what was going on. He's local, so he stands by his work. The local part also helped with navigating city services/energy co. Very knowledgable about the industry as a whole-- he has done some very impressive and important work in the field, and it is clear why he has been a professor.
