I received a boiler service reminder from Keith. Texted to book date/time which was nice and easy. Keith called on the day to see if I’d like him to come early or stick to normal time which was great. I’d had other companies service the boiler previously who had tried to rectify an issue unsuccessfully - Keith fixed the problem and explained to me clearly why it was happening. Clearly has a load of knowledge in his field! And to top it off, a lovely guy! 100% recommend! Thank you!
