I recently visited Golden Lotus Yoga Studio and I had a wonderful experience! The studio has a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, and calming decor. The Courtney is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about his students' wellbeing. I attended three classes so far and it was just what I needed to destress and recenter. The instructor led us through a challenging but manageable sequence, and provided modifications for those who needed them. I appreciated the emphasis on mindfulness and breath work throughout the class. The studio also offers a variety of classes to suit different levels and preferences, including meditation. I appreciate the evening classes and the affordable pricing options. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Lotus Yoga Studio for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply try something new. It's a wonderful space with great energy and I can't wait to return!

Courtney is the best yoga instructor you will find. He is authentic in his teachings and practice. Many yoga studios have westernized themselves, which takes away from the true teachings and spirituality of yoga, his practice does not do this. Courtney helps many people who have disability/pain/anxiety, etc. He is a genuine person who deeply cares about the art of yoga and the people who come to his studio.

I was in town visiting & decided to attending the Saturday morning practice. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this studio & plan on returning on my next visit to Cape Coral in September.

if i could give zero stars, i would because that would properly rate my experience here. I am extremely disappointed with the classes i’ve attended. The room is so hot, i can barely breathe. The classes are falsely advertised as “all levels” when it is in fact an ADVANCED class every time. The instructor provides absolutely no modifications for students. i’ve never been to a yoga class in all my years where the instructor flat out IGNORES the students who are struggling to get into position due to their limitations. i mentioned before that i am beginner level, yet i was given no warning that a majority of the class is for the advanced students only. i was sent an email that i could get a refund anytime if i showed up 15 minutes before any class. i showed up this morning and was met with hostility from the instructor who said i’d have to waste more time and gas and come again on monday to get a check. he argued with me and and tried to involve a student to defend his pathetic excuses. then he quickly backed down when he saw i was right and he was wrong. i’m tired of this place and i want my refund!

I am truly thankful that I found Courtney's School. I appreciate his teaching and the positive energy at the studio. Highly recommended.
