From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. What impressed me most was the honesty. No upselling, no scare tactics, no trying to push unnecessary repairs or expensive replacements. We moved here from Ohio to Bonita Springs and wanted to install a smart thermostat. We realized it was more difficult to Install than expected so we reached out to Good Neighbors air-conditioning. Bryan the technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even showed us how to work the app on our phone after he was done. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Bryan and this company!

We’ve been using Good Neighbors AC for about 3 years now. I honestly can’t think of enough good things to say about them! Twice our AC was out and they were here in lightning speed. Both Louis and Lexi were quick to diagnose and explain the problems, and possible solutions. Lana in the office was quick to provide quotes and options. Randall and Al did a new install for us most recently. I was so impressed with how smoothly that went. They were very respectful of our home. You wouldn’t even have known such a big job had been done that day! The owner Brandon must take very good care of his employees. Because everybody seems to be happy and very good at their jobs. Not to mention their prices are extremely reasonable and well in line with the going rates. I could go on and on with nothing but good things! Bottom line, having an AC team that you can trust and rely on is as important as having a good doctor or a good mechanic. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. They will be our guys and gals’ going forward.

Our HVAC system went out. Like many, we started calling around for quotes. Spoke to Brandon who came out and saw our fan motor in the handler was seized up and not moving. Our system was 14yrs old so it made sense to replace the whole system rather than band aid fixing it. Brandon and the team threw a working fan motor on to get us up and running while we decide on which quote to go with. That way we weren’t coming home to a 100* house while trying to make an informed decision. Good Neighbors Quote was the best one and offered the highest quality equipment. Not some mass produced sub par brand. They installed an American Standard Hyperion Box 4 ton System which was the handler and new condenser unit along with new duct work due to ours being the original from 1995. Their install was 10/10 and we are thoroughly impressed with their customer service and craftsmanship. Lana in the office was on top of everything and I would always get updated by her or Brandon. Randall, Nick & Drew did the install and were extremely professional and courteous. They did not leave until They showed us everything they did and made sure we approved of how it turned out. Can’t say enough positive things about how their company conducts business. THANK YOU 👏🏼

This company and good and honest, I used them when I was still living in Florida and even now as I try to help my family that is still down there they are always accommodating and helpful! Not to mention Lana who answered the phone was so quick and super sweet over the phone if I ever had the chance again I would love to work with this company first hand again! Thanks yall 😊
