the worst dry cleaner on the whole island! they destroyed my expensive Burberry shorts. I had a few champagne stains on my Christian Dior dresses, it took Hakuyosha 5 weeks to deal with it, in the end they couldn't remove the stains and destroyed the fabric with chemicals. I am very disappointed. Never come back again
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Picked up my wedding dress and my husband suit for our wedding and it is smeared with black stains everywhere. It was new out of the box when we dropped it off. At first they wouldn’t even refund our money. They also said they couldn’t get it cleaned until two weeks from now, the wedding is in two days. Don’t waste your time or ruin your nice clothes here. Never going back!
The staff gets to know you and does a great job with details on every piece of your dry cleaning. Fast service and personable, that’s why they are the busiest location because of the great staff, they just need more space for all the business !
