Having our basement/crawlspace sealed by Adam’s team for “Phase 1” was spectacular! 💥 From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and impressive. They removed all of the old insulation and ground plastic from under the house, and everything was carefully bagged before being brought out - so there was no insulation debris or fiberglass left around our patio. Brilliant removal process and attention to detail! The team then foam sealed around all pipes and cables entering the house and installed a heavy-duty plastic ground cover. They also added lighting throughout the crawlspace, which completely transformed what used to be a dark and daunting area into a clean, well-lit space. The cleanup was awesome, and the entire team was cordial, helpful, considerate, and respectful throughout the project. Very nice job all around -highly recommend! Ready for “Phase 2”/ foam spraying the foundation walls!

We had Adam come out today to help drill our quartz countertops and install our Waterdrop water system, and he did an absolutely fantastic job! Drilling into quartz can be nerve-wracking, but Adam was incredibly skilled, precise, and professional throughout the entire process. Beyond his amazing workmanship, he was so sweet, kind, and mindful of our home. We couldn't be happier with the installation. Highly recommend Adam for his excellent service!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent interaction with Adam Stetten of Stetten Home Services was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I reached out regarding an urgent soffit repair on a property, included a clear photo of the issue, and provided my name, location (Raleigh, NC / Wake County), and context. Rather than responding with professionalism or even a simple clarification, I received a demanding message requesting an excessive list of details (“Name? County? Address? Email? Cell? Reason for inquiry? PHOTOS & PLANS PLEASE!!!”) with multiple exclamation marks — a tone that already felt dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive for an initial inquiry. I still responded courteously, reiterating the location and cause of the damage (wind-related), yet his next message stated, “I am blocking you because you didn’t provide your address.” Immediately after, he blocked my number. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional for someone advertising home repair services. Instead of attempting to clarify missing information or offering even a basic level of courtesy, he responded with hostility and refused communication altogether. For homeowners or investors seeking reliable contractors, I strongly recommend choosing someone who communicates with respect, patience, and professionalism. This experience was disappointing and a waste of time — not at all reflective of the kind of customer service or conduct expected in this field.

Adam mounted many items in my apartment including the bedroom lamps, nightstands, TV’s, TV stand, key hanger and my dyson vacuum on the wall and took the time to make sure I liked the measurements before doing anything. Will highly recommend!

Although this was not how I wanted to spend our money, it was the best decision I made for the health of our house! The cupping hardwoods are gone and our floors look beautiful again. Our old dark, dirty, infested crawl space is now super clean & bright with additional lighting. It's super quiet and almost a great spot for meditation! I don't even want to put anything in there that hasn't been scrubbed clean. Get off the fence, call Adam!
