Super helpful staff and prices that can’t be beat. I came here after finding some coupons from harbor freight’s email deals, and decided to also join the ITC for $30. There was a great deal going on for the 3-ton low profile long reach Jack, so I bit the bullet. AND since there is a 10% off first entire purchase with the credit card, I decided why not (it’s zero annual fees and 5% cash back in HF purchases). So I threw the kitchen sink at it (see a very happy man’s trunk in photos). I’m quite frugal minded with tool purchases but don’t want to sacrifice quality, and really you can’t find better than harbor freight. I was in the store for over an hour researching and getting all the wish list items for a corvette restoration I’m doing. The staff weren’t impatient with me, quite the opposite: they were super helpful and knowledgeable. Three different staff looked in the back for separate items (high-maintenance customer much?) - Christina watched my Jack so no one would snag the last one in black, Lamonte and Enri helped me load up and complete the purchase to make sure I got all the discounts, and Doreen helped me at the register. Really it was all hands on deck for my shopping spree. I couldn’t be happier. They were so helpful and kind, I hope they feel the same about me because they just got themselves a new frequent customer!
The staff are helpful most of the time. The tools are of decent quality. I do not like their return policy on power tools but most things they just take it back. Also wish there was more than 1 in Naples.
Alarm blaring the entire time I was there and the short African American woman could barely communicate lacked the ability to help find and item that was shown as "12 in stock" on the computer... walked out with headache..
I will like to give a recognition to the manager in this store she is very knowledgeable the store look fantastic now great presentation and great customer service.
They had what I was looking for, all registers unstaffed. I saw an employee standing by the office. When employee walked to entrance and greeted incoming shoppers I asked if anyone was working at the registers. She said she was at a register on the other side of the entrance.
