Rich was very reliable. He always told me in advance what time he would show up and always kept me aware of when he left. He was very flexible when it came to scheduling different phases of the construction. Rich did great work and had impeccable work ethic. Pics below show the quality of his tile work. We were very satisfied with the install of the tile. I high recommend him.

Rich is a pro! He installed vinyl floor plank in a master bedroom, and ceramic tile in my kitchen. The installs went smooth and the projects were finished on time and within budget.
