Kevin and the team at Heartwood Fence did an outstanding job on our fence project. From the first conversation through the final installation, Kevin stayed involved the entire way and made sure every detail was taken care of. He walked us through the options, answered all of our questions, and made the process really easy. The quality of the fence itself is excellent. Everything is straight, solid, and clearly built with care. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. What stood out most was how attentive Kevin was throughout the project. He kept us updated, made sure our needs were met, and genuinely looked out for us the whole way through. If you’re looking for a high quality fence and a company that actually cares about the customer experience, I would absolutely recommend Heartwood Fence.

We had a good overall experience with Heartwood fence. Our job was a little more difficult than most. We needed to have an old chain link fence removed, then bring in a tree crew, and then have the new fence installed. Plus, we were unsure of the materials that we wanted to use for the new fence. The definitely made scheduling our job more difficult. Kevin provided a detailed quote. We didn't shop around. The pricing was in line with what we expected. We were quoted a few different options. Wood vs vinyl. On the day of scheduled install, the materials all arrived. And the crew arrived to start. Heartwood was very upfront that the crew installing our fence was their first time sub contracting with that crew, and we quickly learned the they were not equipped to do the job. Kevin moved fast, pulled that crew off, and lined up a new crew. 2 days later, the new crew arrived and did a fantastic job. Our fence is great. The install was fast and close to perfect. So a 5 star review for a company that sent a sub par crew? Yes. All business is easy when things go right. Every business is 5 stars until they are not. We had a less than perfect experience, and were satisfied in the end. Every text message and phone call was answered all the way through the process. The original quote was honored, even though the scope changed a little. It's doubtful that we'll need another fence, but we wouldn't hesitate to do business with Heartwood again. Support folks that do good business when good business is hard.

Excellent service, quick to respond and very efficient work. They constructed my fence as if it were their own with superior attention to detail on everything they did. Everything was professional from the employees to the work that was done. I would 10/10 recommend if you’re considering a new fence!
