We discovered the motor for our outside unit was going bad and needed to be replaced. I called Dallas and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what I needed to do to remove the motor and just to bring to him and he will do the rest. He installed the new motor on the top cage while we waited and tested before we left. The motor works great and now have A/C again. Dallas provided great customer service and would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family, thank you Dallas!

We discovered that our downstairs A/C unit was not working as it was north of 80 in the house. After doing some troubleshooting, I discovered that the condenser fan was not spinning, and it appeared that the fan motor was bad. Called Dallas at North State supply, and he had the fan motor that I needed. This is a great business that I cannot recommend more. I took the whole shroud to him and not only did he have the motor but actually swapped it out in the shroud as I waited. Dallas and his business provided a very professional and exceptional service. Thank you very much. Will definitely call again as needed.
