Lee hollander is an absolute HORRIBLE attorney. He will abandon you and put zero effort into your case. Would up getting over 20 years for something I should have gotten 4 for.
Dan is by far the best in fort myers in my opinion!!! He's reasonable and isn't out to just take your money like most lawyers... I've used Dan for years and he's never let me down.
During the Wade Wilson case, Hollander didn't know what to ask. It was like he was not knowing anything..Then, he asked the officer who broke the window of Ms.Meltons car if he touched the blood....yyyyyyikes. who asks that??? Then he didn't understand anything the forensic lady was saying about why they didnt process all of the swabs.. He was running his questions in circles. Lol
