I highly recommend New Home Inc for your next new home build. The process from contract to moving in was seamless and exciting throughout. Working with the New Home Inc team provided us with the best customer service we could ask for. Our new home was built with the best quality and the entire process was stress-free. Michelle Cencelewski was phenomenal in helping us secure the contract on our new home as well as assisting with the sale of our prior home. She was always available, and I truly mean, always, to answer any questions we had!

My husband and I bought our first home with New Home, Inc. in February 2026, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everyone we worked with throughout the buying process was knowledgeable, thorough and very responsive and professional. We worked closely with Evan and Dylan to close on our home in less than a month. Evan went above and beyond to answer any questions we thought of no matter the time of day and made sure we were aware of every detail. Dylan is very knowledgeable about the building process and the homes in general. He was able to provide us a thorough walk through of our new home to ensure we know how everything works. The team welcomed us hiring our own private inspector to make sure the home was move-in ready- this helped immensely with transparency throughout. Recently closed on a property with New Home Inc.. The house marked all boxes plus more for my wife and I. We like the quality and detail New Home puts into their properties. The team (Evan, Nancy, Amelia, sorry if I forgot someone) was very helpful throughout the process. We were constantly updated and knew what to expect. Dylan was very helpful and informative during orientation and final walk thru. Being our first home purchase, we enjoyed working with New Home Inc.
