I am so impressed with this company! I called after my car overheated and was leaking coolant and they made it over to me in less than 15 minutes and to the shop in under an hour! And it was a very reasonable rate! I will definitely be using this company again in the future and will recommend to all my friends. I also wanted to note that I was a woman by myself when this happened and the owners are a husband and wife team and I felt so safe!
I came out to my car not starting before work and we tried jumping it with cables and a portable jumper. Neither worked so I called Hooked up towing because of a recommendation. They answered promptly and made it to me in under 15 minutes. The owners were absolutely amazing! They had a powerful portable jumper and were able to get me back on the road. From connecting the jumper to my payment processing, LESS THAN 5 Minutes! They have very reasonable prices and with the speed and accuracy of solving my problem, they’re worth every penny. Thank you both!!
Had my hub bearings go out in my truck this morning. Not only did “Smoky” W/Hooked up towing show up promptly. He also had his mechanic fix me up within 4 hours. I can’t say enough other than 2 thumbs up on price, quality and efficiency. 5 stars given.
