Stayed at this place for 3 nights in Winter on a working trip. The staff were great and the hospitality was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked really well. The central location also made it easy to walk into Bendigo.
Good facilities, overall clean room . I was impressed that the towels were large, there were also hand towels and 2 shower mats 👍👍. Bed was comfortable, check in and out easy. Short 5-10 minute direct walk to city centre.
This was by far the worst motel we have ever stayed in. When we entered the room, we were shocked by the level of filth. We found a pair of dirty women’s underwear behind the toilet door, a used dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, and even a used shower cap left in the bathroom. This clearly shows the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The entire place is old, run-down, and had a strange, unpleasant smell that lasted throughout the night. We originally booked two nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that we could not stay even one night longer. The owner initially told us we would receive a refund. However, the next day he changed his mind and told us to contact the booking agent instead. This lack of honesty and accountability made an already terrible experience even worse. This place is a complete nightmare. The owner and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here.
it was a great day spent over there. Nice place to stay and it is close to the park. Highly recommended for those who looking for a place to stay during their holidays.
I stayed at this motel over a weekend in January. The rooms were okay for the price, but I felt they needed a bit of a clean-up. The toilet and bathroom areas felt old and seemed to need some repairs. The TV worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. The hotel is centrally located, which made it convenient to get to many places. Each room also comes with a parking spot. The mattress was not comfortable. The air conditioning felt a bit lagging, possibly due to the very hot days during my stay. I also found a cockroach in the room.
