All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! I’m mad I just now experienced this amazing concept out this past week. Thanks to my daughter for inviting for a session with her and now I’m hooked. Once I experienced the sauna workout I can proudly say, I’m no longer a member at my former gym. You ask why? Because hotworx worx, out all the bad energy and restores you with good lol. Thanks. Oh and if you have and excuse about you don’t have the time. They got you covered. It’s 24/7 access.
I seriously cannot say enough positive things about HOTWORX. I never enjoyed working out. I did it because I felt like I had to. HOTWORX is the highlight of my day. It also got me through my postpartum depression. Aside from HOTWORX itself, Jess, the owner is soo sweet and Ryann is just absolutely my girl! The entire staff is so great. This gym has seriously become my home away from home. & if you haven’t tried Chill… highly recommend! The whole combo of infrared energy workouts followed by a cold plunge is top tier to a healthy lifestyle.
I absolutely love this place. The people are always very friendly and check in with you frequently. Since I started coming here about 8 months ago, I’ve lost almost 50 pounds. I used to work out at the gym and I always dreaded going. It always felt stressful with all of the people . With this place I look forward to it before I even walk out of work. If there is ever a problem with equipment, they are on top of it. Nothing beats the heat!
I absolutely love HOTWORX on Del Prado in Cape Coral! The infrared sauna workouts are such a unique experience and really make you feel like you’re getting an effective workout in a short amount of time. I love the variety of classes offered, especially the yoga and HIIT sessions, and the virtual instructors are easy to follow. The studio is always clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially for first-timers. The 24/7 access is a huge bonus and makes it so convenient to fit workouts into my schedule. Highly recommend giving it a try if you want something different from a traditional gym!
Great variety of workouts and unique experience! I've really enjoyed trying out Hotworx on Del Prado so far. They offer a great mix of workouts — my personal favorites are the yoga and row machine sessions (yes, in the sauna!). The concept of working out in an infrared sauna is definitely different, but it’s grown on me — you get an efficient workout and a deep sweat at the same time. There are 12 sauna rooms in total, plus a free weights section where you can either do your own thing or follow guided video workouts. I love the flexibility. While the saunas are advertised as reaching 125°, I haven’t seen them get quite that hot — but it’s still plenty warm to get a solid sweat going. One thing to note: each sauna allows up to 3 people to book at a time, but I personally wouldn’t book as the third person unless I knew the others. The space can feel a little cramped, and I like having some personal space (especially when I’m drenched in sweat and trying not to bump into anyone!). That said, for the HIIT-style sessions (like the bike or row), it’s more manageable with three people. For yoga or other slower-paced classes, two people max feels more comfortable to me. The gym also has a shower available, which is a nice perk if you're heading somewhere afterward. Certain times can be busier than others, so it’s worth checking the schedule to snag your preferred time slot. Overall, this place is a fun and efficient way to work out. It's a little different than your traditional gym — in a good way! I originally started going here because it's close to my daughter's camp. I'm not sure if I'll keep it up after the summer, but for now it's a great workout and super convenient!
